NO Money back. It is very serious that this company does not apply any money back rules and at the same time renews the subscription automatically. In this way, many users find the money automatically withdrawn from their account and receive the refusal to return it. It is not a reliable company.

Absolutely disgusting to receive a bill for £574.80 with zero notice! (or to be given the chance to cancel before payment) And now they say they will not refund! Absolutely a complete Disgrace, The Software is crap I have not used it for at least two years and will never recommend it to anyone! Be warned they will take your money but never refund KEEP AWAY!

Absolutely 10/10 software, I'm using the free version and have never come across a tool as thourough and accurate as this for the free version! Would definitely consider upgrading (and I'm a total cheap skate!!) Thank you link assistant!

This review is based on Link-Assistant's SEO Powersuite Rank Tracker software. First off, their support has been superfast (all my support questions have been answered in less than 24 hours, and most in an hour or less - I'm based in the UK by the way). I needed some software to let me track landing pages against keywords. It does that supremely well. In fact, it's given me way more than that. Having plumbed in Google Analytics and Google Search Console, I'm now able to track real search data and tie that into landing pages (including multiple queries per landing page). It also shows me the traffic, CTR, and average postion in the SERPs, so now I know what to focus on. But better still, I've been able to plug in all my competitors, and see how they're doing too. And all of that represents about 1% of its power. But regardless of all the extras, it does exactly what I needed, something I couldn't get from any other software I've tried.

This is an auto-renewal scam. I live in California, and their sales practices for the auto renewal appear to violate California law which requires clear and conspicuous display (i.e., different font, different color) to warn customer they area signing up for an auto renewal plan. Link Assistant does not comply with this legal requirement.

I wish I would of reading this review before they tried to scam me out of my money. The auto-renewal trap and nonrefundable Statements are real. No email, no warning, and terrible service to try and trap clients into paying for another year are why this company will no longer existing in the future. STAY AWAY.

I did receive an email that I was charged, only to reply that I wanted a refund right after and they have said the same thing as others. The software stopped working about 3 months in and I expected it was due to the trial ending, but then I get hit with this charge I knew what was happening.

One thing to think about when purchasing software is if you have to trap customers with shady tactics you probably don't offer a good solution. DON'T USE THIS SOFTWARE and DEFINITELY DONT PURCHASE IT OR DO A TRIAL.

I WILL BE FILING A CHARGEBACK AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY BANK, but to give feedback to the company stop doing this before your processor drops you and you lose all that money you invested in the software due to bad business ethics.

I transitioned out of SEO this year and haven't used the product much. After a SURPRISE auto-renewal this morning, I asked to void the transaction within 3 hours, 20 minutes of getting the email. Their emailed response was basically "we got your money, so you're out of luck. But hey, I'll generously turn off auto-renewal for NEXT year." They claim they "can't" refund after they collect money, which everyone even vaguely familiar with e-commerce knows is a lie.

There was no auto-renewal notice before they gleefully grabbed TWICE what I'd paid last year.

Several customers have reported a similar experience on here, and their responses pretty blatantly admit they're running a predatory practice. That they are a subscription service, they auto-renew, and they offer canceling your subscription before getting soaked again NEXT year as the solution to not having intended to renew THIS year.

The normal thing a company does on a site like this is reach out and provide a solution, not double down on withholding a solution.

I tried to cancel the auto-renewal 1 day before renewal, but the UX is very confusing. Asking for a refund did was a no-go for the people at link-assistant.com.

Website Auditor is an amazing SEO tool with a professional interface. I use it every day and recommend it without a doubt. You can scan a site like Google, Yahoo, Bing. And of course, it is a universal solution for every blogger, webmasters and Internet marketer.

What I like:

- I find technical problems on any site. Everything is delineated in great detail. I easily switch to any error. I study it, and then correct it. For beginners, there are explanations that can be affected by deviations in some factors.
- Now I know what helps my competitors to be in the top of search engines based on the TF-IDF count
- Optimization of the content on the site in real time. It just needs to be tried. Change the information on your site following the recommendations.
- Powerful reports that I can automatically send to my clients
- Price - compared to its competitors, this program is cheaper for me in the long run.
- Very responsive support. Not a single question was left without special attention.

What I don't quite like:

- For some it does not matter, but over time it became very convenient for me to use browser versions of programs. This is a desktop application. Although this is possible and makes this product more affordable compared to competitors.
- When using the tool for the first time, it may seem overloaded. Although this is a powerful harvester, there is probably no other way.

What can I say? This is an excellent and effective tool.
